Bank DKI Wins Best Public Relations Award

Bank DKI received the 'Best Public Relations in Digital Transformation Initiative to Expand Accessibility and Increase Value Added Product and Service, (Category: Regional Bank)' award at the Indonesia Public Relations Awards (IPRA) 2024.

This award was given for Bank DKI's active efforts to build company publications through innovation and conveying information to the public positively.

Bank DKI Acting President Director, Amirul Wicaksono said the award is a form of recognition of Bank DKI's commitment and consistency in building communication and information disclosure transparently, accurately, and clearly as a form of responsibility to all stakeholders, shareholders, and society in general.

"Through the digital transformation, the information and communication management prioritizes information disclosure accurately and measurably to build a good company reputation considering that Bank DKI is a financial services institution that is monitored by regulators such as the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia BI," he expressed, Tuesday (1/30).

He explained Bank DKI always builds open communication with all stakeholders, provides protection to consumers through transparency of product and service information, and excellent handling of customer complaints.

"In facing the era of digitalization, banks are required to continuously provide banking services that provide convenience to customers and consumer protection through transparent and open communication," he explained.

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi expressed his appreciation for the award given. He said, the role of public relations is very important in the digital era and must always adapt and innovate in maintaining company and public relations to maintain the continuity of the company's business activities.

Bank DKI also continues to actively disseminate various information regarding the security of digital banking transactions and the transparency of product and service information.

He added they have a high concern for consumer protection, especially amidst the rise of cyber crime by continuing to provide education to customers and the wider community.

"In line with sustainable growth, Bank DKI remains committed to maintaining strong relationships with all elements. We realize that trust and open communication are very important in building long-term partnerships and will continue to prioritize these values in interactions with all communities and stakeholders," he added.

As for the information, the IPRA 2024 award was given to public relations companies that have an excellent role and function in improving the quality of companies amidst increasingly tight industrial competition and Indonesia's economic conditions which are starting to improve.
